In the line of Mould fabrication, quality is the fundamental requirement in every mold that is build. It is also the testimonial of the standards and capabilities of a company. The Management of L&W strongly believe and support the culture of continuous product improvements. To further our quality standards, L&W attained the ISO 9001: 1994 Certification in 1997 and ISO 9001: 2000 in 2003. L&W's quality policy is "To manufacture products meeting all customers' requirements". With this quality policy in practice, we are confident that we are able to meet most of our customers' quality and schedule requirements.

At the mangement level, a quality review is conducted every quarterly to discuss and suggest on newer and better methods of improving quality standards. Every suggestion that is raised is discussed. If approval, the new process will be implemented throughout the company. At the manufacturing level, head of departments are all trained on quality procedures and requirements. They continually monitor their respective department to ensure compliance to the requirements requested by our customers.
